Neither of the boys can be identified due to their age at the time of offending.
One of the teenagers was 16 and 17 at the time of his crimes but he has since turned 18. He went into custody on July 23 and was told he would go to adult jail if he continues to offend when he is released.
Solicitor Nico Rump said the teenager's mother had tried to keep him away from "bad influences", even moving towns, but the teenager would "get back on the gear and continued committing offences".
However, he said the teenager was now on a path towards rehabilitation.
The teenager was involved in about a dozen break and enters, he was also found with a stolen peewee 50 motorbike and was involved with stealing another eight motorbikes, and two cars - one of which was burnt.
Early on July 22 he went on a crime spree with another boy after stealing a Ford Fiesta from Edward Street on July 21.
At 2.17am the boys were captured on CCTV trying to steal items from a car and a boat before driving the stolen car to Wentworth Golf Club where they set off an alarm and were disturbed by security. They then drove to Waratah Sports Club and stole eight bottles of Raspberry Vodka Cruisers before burning the Ford Fiesta at 3.20am.
In March 2020, he was involved in a break-in at a Peisley Street business where a motorbike was stolen, and in April he was involved in a break and enter in Clinton Street where four trail bikes were stolen.

In 2019, he stole an A5 mini-quad bike from from Dalton Street, and was involved in stealing two motorbikes, a Mannlicher 22-250 rifle and a JN .22 rifle from a Burrendong Way property and his DNA was found on a discarded Zooper Dooper ice-block wrapper at the scene. Although the motorbikes were recovered the guns remain outstanding.
In March 2019, he stole a community van from Dubbo that was used for transporting elderly residents, and drove it to Cowra.
The 18-year-old also committed several offences in Cowra including stealing collectible coins, breaking into a Hertz rental place and stealing five sets of car keys, and he smashed a motel window.
Magistrate David Day gave the teenager a 21-month control order with a 10-month non-parole period until August 2021, when he appeared in Orange Children's Court via video link.
"I'm concerned about totality and not crushing an 18-year-old," Mr Day said.

The other boy, a 15-year-old from Orange, has been in custody since October 29 after being involved in several break and enters in July this year. During two of them, women woke up when he was in their homes.
During one break and enter on July 29, a 73-year-old woman woke and saw him standing in a hallway at her Orange home. He had already rummaged through cupboards and drawers in several rooms and he ran from the scene and took the woman's iPhone and flip case containing several cards including her Visa card and driver's licence with him.
On July 13, the boy was found in possession of a stolen Husqvarna TE300 motorbike, hours after four people stole it from the back of a ute.

On July 25 and 26, he was one of a group of six boys who were captured on CCTV breaking into several houses in Bathurst.
In one house a terrified woman hid behind her bedroom door after hearing male voices and seeing torchlight under the door at 4.15am. Three young people in balaclavas holding torches and batons then came into her room but ran when they realised she was home.
Using her car keys, they stole her Hyundai i30 that was parked on the street. Her car was set alight and destroyed at Bell Park, Kelso, at 4.46am.
They also damaged the bracket and front bonnet of a Honda Civic when they tried to change the number plate.
From another house they stole an antique gold wedding band, an antique gold and platinum diamond engagement ring and leather gloves.
They also stole another Hyundai i30 at 4am.
In January 2019, the boy used a screw driver to steal a Mazda BT 50 from Canowindra but left the screwdriver on the seat when he abandoned the vehicle.
The 15-year-old was given a 12-month control order with a six-month non-parole period and he could be eligible for release in May next year.
Mr Day also found that he had prospects of rehabilitation.
