Bradley 'Brad' Rodwell, 22, was last seen by family on Sunday, October 25.
Officers attached to Central West Police District were contacted by concerned family and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following inquiries, police believe he may have frequented Collins Street at Melbourne on Wednesday, November 4.
Police hold serious concerns for Bradley's welfare due to a medical condition which requires medication.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, 165cm-170cm tall, 70kg-80kg, medium build, fair complexion, brown hair and brown eyes.
Bradley is known to be transient and travels around NSW via the rail network. He has been known to frequent Kempsey, Katoomba, Sydney and Central Railway Stations.
Anyone who sees Bradley or knows his current whereabouts is urged to contact Orange Police Station on 6363 6399 or give information anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
