Rmk Commercial was commissioned to design and deliver the school's new reception, student hub, and preparatory facility.
School principal Reverend Louis Stringer said the team has been busy over the last six months completing design development and pursuing authority approvals.
"We are really excited about it, it will certainly rationlise some space we've had for students and administration staff to [move] into a purpose built building," Reverend Stringer said.
"We've had in the past buildings that have not been purpose built.
"The student hub is a modern version of the library, it connects students to services to both literature in a traditional book format and digital resources as well."
The building the student hub is currently based in was initially designed as two classrooms with a central partition that has been opened up. It will become two classrooms when the new hub opens.
Reverend Stringer said the administration and student hub, will be built in the centre of the school. He said it will be built at the back of the existing media centre and would be near an existing car park.
"We are very excited about having that centralised space," Reverend Stringer said.
"We have a wonderful team and it would be great to have them together.
He said that building should be finished in the middle of next year.
"We've been budgeting for this for many years, we were minded to start at the beginning of this year but we put the building off so we could look after our families and delivered funds where needed," Reverend Stringer said.
"Our families are doing well despite COVID so we are back on track at the moment."
The current administration, will be the location of the new preparatory facility for children to attend between two, three and five days a week before they start kindergarten the following year.
He said children after from four years of age attend the early learning or preparatory facility and there are currently 56 students who are attending. They will continue on to attend kindergarten at the school next year.
"We are looking at unveiling that towards the end of next year," Reverend Stringer said.
