Ray White Orange is being incorporated into a larger business after it was recently purchased by Ray White Emms Mooney.

Ray White Emms Mooney director Pat Bird said the business operates in Oberon, Bathurst, Blayney, Cowra and Molong.
"We've been operating in all these markets and areas for 10 years now and Orange fits into that, it's right in the heart of our area," he said.
Mr Bird said Ray White Emms Mooney was already working in the rural property market in and around Orange so when the opportunity buy into the residential franchise came up they embraced it.
Although the business is not shut, refurbishment of the agency building and rebranding is under way with more announcements to come in the new year.
Gracie Burger to move
Work is progressing on the relocation of Gracie Burger in Sale Street.
The eatery is moving from its site next to the Summer Street IGA entrance in Sale, across the road to the premises that was formerly occupied by Little Caesars pizzaria.
The move is likely to take place in November and the new premises is set to be twice the size of the current site.
Croaker a shining star
Mary Croaker has been presented with the prestigious 2020 VERTO Service Star award for community services.
Ms Croaker upstaged nominations from 45 VERTO sites across NSW, the ACT and Victoria to claim the award.
It is recognition for the hard work she has put into improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander school students and the Central West community.
VERTO CEO Ron Maxwell said Ms Croaker continues to enhance the cultural identity, confidence and education and training opportunities for students from Glenroi Heights, Bowen Public and Canobolas Rural Technology schools who are involved in the VERTO Aboriginal Youth Leadership Program,.
"A proud Wiradjuri woman and inspiring community leader, Mary plays a critical role in helping bridge the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians," he said.
"Mary is admired by students, the community and her peers alike, and was a thoroughly deserving winner of the 2020 VERTO Service Star (Community Services) award."
