The new president of the Orange Business Chamber wants to shake up and revitalise the organisation.

Jack Evans from Worklocker Orange, formerly known as Jack Evans Workwear, was elected unopposed as the new president alongside new vice president Nick Drage from Games n More.
The new secretary is Daniel McGregor from Wealth Train while Daniel Sutton from Morse Group has retained his position as treasurer.
Mr Evans has been a member of the chamber for the past year but said his family has been involved for decades, and he also brings experience as a member of several committees.
He said the chamber was previously focussed on the annual business awards and although they will continue, he wants to redirect the focus towards building relationships in the business community. To achieve this, Mr Evans said they plan to include more networking events for smaller groups.
"There's been too much of a focus on the awards and everything else has been forgotten," Mr Evans said.
"We will rebrand with the NSW Business Chamber and build from the bottom up.
"We are optimistic about the direction that we are going to take the chamber, Orange is at the forefront of the developing economy and we are happy to be a part of it."
Mr Evans said they also want to work with other groups such as Business HQ and Orange 360, and make the chamber more attractive to the diverse range of businesses.
"We understand there's a lot of younger people who have their own businesses, and there's a lot of people from Sydney who have moved their businesses out here so we are looking to engage with them," Mr Evans said.
However, Mr Evans said he did want to give credit to former president Ash Brown and the outgoing committee for the work they did. Mr Brown stepped drown after four years as president at the group's annual general meeting on Tuesday.
"I though it was time for some change and Jack is very enthusiastic," Mr Brown said.
"It's been very rewarding over the years and we've gone through everything, we've had successful years and the awards have been a large thing for us showcasing the businesses of Orange and district."
Other executive board members include Mr Brown and former vice present Sean Dwyer as well as newcomer Cheryl Newsom.
