Hugh Britton again tore through his opposition to claim his second successive five-wicket haul to open the new year - which is his first back playing cricket in Orange since his school days at Kinross.
Cavs thumped Centennials to remain undefeated while CYMS, Bathurst City and St Pat's Old Boys all chased down totals.
And defending premiers Orange City snuck home in the last over of a thriller against rivals City Colts at Wade Park.
CAVALIERS 6-179 (c/c) def CENTENNIALS BULLS 10-70 (15.4 overs) by 109 runs
Cavaliers quick Hugh Britton snagged his second five-wicket haul in as many games to help the maroons rip through Centennials Bulls at George Park 1.
Britton claimed 6-33 - including four of the Bulls' top six bats - to take his season tally to 11 wickets, after taking 5-25 in Cavs' season-opener against Centrals last week.
The in-form Cavaliers sit undefeated on top of the BOIDC ladder after posting 179 in 40 overs, Cameron Laird's knock of 52 and Wes Lummis' unbeaten 37 in the middle order key in helping the visiting Orange outfit post a defendable total.
Tim Ryan was the pick of the Bulls bowlers with three wickets, but he had no backing from the Centennials' bats with Ehsan Ahmad (19) and Kyle Aubin (10) the only batsmen to hit double-figures in the humiliating 109-run loss.
BATHURST CITY 3-163 (31.1 overs) def CENTRALS 9-161 (c/c) by 7 wickets
Redbacks star Mark Day bludgeoned Bathursty City to a seven wicket win over Centrals with a cracking 83 not out on Saturday.
Hitting 10 fours and two sixes at Morse Park 1, Day lifted his side to victory over the red and blacks with over eight overs to spare.
Matt Willis helped set up the win in the first innings nabbing 3-27, including the big wicket of Centrals opener Max Powell.
Powell top-scored for his new club with 56, coming in a tick over two hours, to anchor Centrals' innings. Regular wickets fell around the club's gun opener though, and 9-161 in 40 overs was never going to be enough against the Redbacks at home.
John Rudge ably assisted Day in the chase, the pair combining in a 120-run stand for the fourth wicket.
CYMS 2-192 (35 overs) def KINROSS 8-191 (c/c) by 8 wickets
He'd be one of the few batsmen to have played in the old BOIDC competition, but Dave Neil is proof everything old is new again in 2020.
The veteran CYMS gun backed up his round one knock of 70 with an unbeaten, match-winning 77 for the green and golds in their successful chase against Kinross at Riawena Oval.
The students set 8-191 on the back of a brilliant 74 from Wally Prowse, while George Cumming's 48 proved key for Kinross as well.
CYMS slow bowler Adam Smith bamboozled the students though, nabbing both of Kinross' top scorers to leave the field with figures of 4-32.
After losing Tom Belmonte (20) early in the chase, CYMS opener Rory Daburger (80) and Neil partnered in a match-winning 139-run, second-wicket stand to secure an eight-wicket win for their side.
ST PAT'S OLD BOYS 2-161 (36.4 overs) def RUGBY UNION 9-158 (c/c) by 8 wickets
Contributions from St Pat's Old Boys' top four batsmen helped the blue and whites effectively cruise past Rugby Union's modest total on Saturday.
Adam Ryan (48no), Bailey Brien (43), Andrew Brown (43) and Connor Slattery (21no) guided their side past Rugby's 40-over total of 9-158 at the Bathurst Sportsground.
Jack Goodsell's 4-18 off seven overs was the main reason Rugby never really took flight with the willow, Imran Qureshi's watchful 50 off 100 balls the top knock for Ryan Peacock's men in an eight-wicket loss to the Saints in round two.
ORANGE CITY 9-205 (c/c) def CITY COLTS 10-199 (39.3 overs) by 6 runs
Orange City and City Colts' clash was billed as the match of the round, and after the first innings you could be forgiven for thinking the match-up would b a fizzer.
No one made a significant contribution in the Warriors' first innings total, albeit in a decent 9-205, and Colts' bowling attack shared the wickets.
Things, however, heated up in the second innings.
Colts star Josh Toole belted 94 and looked set to lead his side to a huge win over the premiers, until Shaun Grenfell (5-43) and the Warriors bowlers helped reel the runaway visitors in.
Colts were 5-185, needing just 21 runs for victory, when Toole was dismissed resulting in a collapse of 5-14 and a Warriors victory.
