The home side entered the clash as favourites after a statement win in the opening round of the competition and their points differential now sits at plus 80 after a fortnight of play.
Vipers also went two out of three in the undercard as the 14s and 18s collected wins, while the 16s slipped up to the tune of 32-20.
One of the other main contenders in the competition are the Wiradjuri Goannas who are fresh off a 36-6 win over the Midwest Brumbies in their round two tussle.
Vipers will now turn their attention to round three where they'll again play at Pride Park, this time against the winless Midwest Brumbies. They play Goannas in round four.
