Remington group manager Grant Gill said the hotel has an executive chef who has worked around the world, and the Remington is now hiring other hospitality professionals.
"All our executive team is complete," Mr Gill said.
However, there are still other positions that are available, particularly for casuals and apprentices.
He said there will be positions for people who are undertaking hospitality training and apprenticeships and the push for casual employees was due to the fluid nature of the industry and uncertainty brought by the coronavirus pandemic.
Mr Gill said 70 per cent of the hiring focus was on personality and the hotel is seeking people who are well presented and who have fun, friendly, and outgoing personalities.
"We can teach people to do anything but you cannot teach them to smile and laugh," he said.
Information on positions including in administration, reception and housekeeping is available on The Remington Orange Facebook page.
