Despite education campaigns and requests not to leave bags of clothing and other donations outside charity stores, the message is not getting through to everyone.

People strolling by Vinnies on Peisley Street on Monday morning were greeted by an unsightly mess of clothes and plastic bags outside the charity store.
It's not clear if the bags had been delivered in an orderly fashion and been rifled through, or whether the original dumper was in somewhat of a hurry.
Vinnies asks that goods only be dropped off during business hours.
In recent years charity stores have attempted to dissuade donors from either dumping goods outside shops or leaving them beside full donation bins.
They have also created the idea of the "champion donor", who donates items they would be happy to give to a friend; donates board games, dinner sets and other goods that are complete; and drops off goods in line with shop guidelines.
Money raised by Vinnies stores goes towards helping 1.3 million Australians each year.
It accepts clothing, homewares, toys, books, CDs and DVDs, and some stores take furniture and electrical goods.
Each year thousands of tonnes of unusable items are donated. They must be sorted by volunteers and dumped at a cost.
