"I'll jump on your f***en face i have nothing to lose I'm not asking again [sic."
The man was already in custody when he appeared via an audio visual link to be sentenced by magistrate Elizabeth Ellis.
"I would consider these to be a t the high end of intimidation," Ms Ellis said.
"He knew he was going to jail, he had nothing to lose and he would act before police could protect the complainant."
Ms Ellis said the man was also under the influence of heroin and methamphetamine for some of his offences and when he cannot handle situations he becomes aggressive.
However, she also acknowledged that the man had engaged with a rehabilitation facility that holds him in high regard.
