Local community radio station FM 107.5 has elected a new committee unanimously.

The station on Kite St held its annual general meeting on September 25 at the CWA Hall in Robertson Park.
Those elected were Richard Hattersley (president), Tina Hernando (vice-president), Amanda Spalding (treasurer), Darrell Hair (secretary) and ordinary committee members Gerry Faulkner, Addam Parish and Jon Carter.
All have previously served on the committee.

'We look forward to continuing to broadcast with our 22 local presenters; the support of our local business sponsors; generous donations from Newcrest Operations Cadia and some of our members, and grants from the Community Broadcasting Foundation," said Mr Hattersley.
The community station has been on air for more than 20 years and plays a wide variety of music including soul, rock, indie, hip hop, jazz and Irish. It also syndicates programs from the Community Radio Network.
