Emus' hung tough with a physical Orange City in Saturday's derby grand final at Wade Park to eventually prevail 26-14 and secure the club a fourth top grade crown in seven seasons.
On top of the first grade success, the club's colts won its first title since 2009 and Emus' juniors also tasted grand final glory, taking out the under 14s and under 16s crowns as well to kick off what turned out to be a momentous day for the greens.
And, in a warning to just about every level of Central West Rugby Union's many tiers, Marchinton says Emus aren't about to let their grip on the wide-spread success slip.
"It's awesome to see; especially with the 14s and the 16s getting wins today as well, it gives the club plenty of hope in the next five or six years, we're moving in the right direction," the dynamite flanker said.
This has got to be up there.

"We've still got a great core of young guys that's going to stick around for the next five or six years, I'd say."
Marchinton was everywhere in a man of the match performance in Emus' 12-point grand final victory over City.
He said given the slippery and cold conditions, the decider was always going to be won up front and despite City's initial blows, Emus' pack held firm to eventually overpower their opposition.
It's his third grand final win following the 2016 victory over Forbes and 2018 triumph over Bulldogs.
"This has got to be up there," he said.
"With a shortened season, every game was tough. We knew there wasn't going to be any easy games this year and that was the case."
