A flurry of snow arrived on Saturday morning at about 8am, coating the city and delighting children, dogs and adults still young at heart across Orange.
The city dipped to -1 overnight on Friday, with the mercury still only just in the positives at one degree at 10am and the 'feels like' temperature still at -2.
The expected maximum on Saturday is just six degrees, but with moderate winds expected it's unlikely to feel anywhere near six degrees for the whole day.
Sunday is expected to be just nine degrees.
