A man has been fined a total of $660 for drug possession, drug driving and then being caught driving again within the 24-hour prohibition period while drugs were still in his system.

Duane Edwards Blandford, 42, of Torpy Street, was caught driving with methamphetamine in his system at 12.35 am on March 28 in Mudgee, where he was ordered not to drive for 28 hours.
However, at 8pm on March 28 he was stopped again for random testing in Cox Avenue, Orange, and tested positive to methamphetamine and cannabis.
He tested positive to meth and cannabis again at 12.45am in Oxley Place on April 5 and again at 3.40am in Summer Street.
On May 13 he was also found in possession of 1.1 grams of cannabis leaf.
Blandford's driver's licence will also be disqualified for six months.
