Cadia has a longstanding partnership supporting the Clontarf Foundation with Indigenous men at the high school.
The partnership provides financial assistance, and Cadia also works with the young men to provide mentoring opportunities and assist the students in their personal and career goals during school, and once they reach the workforce.
Cadia's general manager, Aaron Brannigan, said the partnership is one that provides lasting benefits to the Clontarf students, and will also provide meaningful pathways to future opportunities in the mining industry.
"We have now been involved with the program for two years, and in this time we have seen first-hand the fantastic work of the Academy with Indigenous men in our community," Mr Brannigan said.
The Clontarf Foundation began in 2000.
