The Orange model is set to take part in the New York Times Fashion Week's virtual adaptive fashion show Runway of Dreams.
The show, which will take place virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic, will be live-streamed across the globe on Tuesday morning Australian time.
While happening on Monday night New York time, Knox's appearance - phoning in online - will begin from 10am on Tuesday.
The Runway of Dreams Foundation is a nonprofit organisation working towards a future of inclusion, acceptance, and opportunity in the fashion industry for people with disabilities, and applaud innovation.
The event will aim to celebrate inclusion and applaud innovation while highlighting change in the fashion industry.
Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen and musician Lauren Monroe will perform.
The Runway of Dreams Foundation's fashion show will feature over 25 models of all abilities including gold medal snowboarder Brenna Huckaby, activist Grace Strobel, empowerment speaker Brandon Farbstein and author Keah Brown.
Thee event marks the first time Tommy Hilfiger Adaptive, Zappos Adaptive, Kohl's, Target adaptive clothing assortment and Stride Rite's Journey adaptable sneakers will grace the same runway - albeit in a virtual format.
