A behind the scenes look of the Orange Fire Station will be shown to celebrate History Week 2020 on September 12.
The Museum of Fire's heritage team has put together a digital day to share the history of fire stations.
The virtual event will kick off at 9:30am with the heritage team delving into the early history of the Fire and Rescue NSW and the oldest standing fire station in NSW.
At 11am, the team will look at lesser known history, 12:30pm will have a live trivia with prizes to be won, 2pm the team will throwback to the oldest fire station outside of Sydney.
A live Q&A session with the museum's heritage team curator and former heritage officer will take place at 3:30pm.
