Organiser Anna Demasi said this will be the first foodies market in Orange this year, and those charged with hosting the event say COVID safe practices will be front and centre at all of the vendors at the market.
Patrons will be expected to sign in before entering, sanitise their hands and abide by the current social distancing rules in place in NSW.
"Due to the COVID-19 restrictions (earlier in the year) we weren't able to travel to Orange but we are excited and feel good to be back," Ms Demasi said.
"There will be 15 food and 10 retail stalls and they will all have signage and information about how to be safe at the market.
"We will also have COVID Safety Marshalls on site as well. The health and safety rules are there for a reason and not as punishment."
Ms Demasi added the event will be held in the carpark of the racecourse and numbers will be limited.
"We will be capping the event to 500 at one time and counting how many are going in and out," she said, with no bar on site.
"Unfortunately, we won't have a bar, live music or jumping castles at the event.
"We haven't had any complaints about not having a bar at previous events."
The Foodies Market will run from 11am to 5pm at Towac Park.
Entry is a $2 per person with a percentage going towards Rural Aid.
