Federal member for Calare Andrew Gee said country schools deserve to be celebrated.
"I've continually been impressed by how our school students, staff and parents have come together throughout the year to tackle challenges such as the devastating bushfires, drought and now the COVID-19 pandemic," he said.
"Bradley has shown outstanding leadership and an unwavering passion for educating country students."
Mr Gee added under Mr Tom's leadership, the school has flourished with a range of classroom activities including Lids 4 Kids.
The program is a volunteer initiative to keep plastic lids out of landfill and waterways by giving them new life as prosthetic limbs for kids in need.
"School programs like Lids 4 Kids gives students the skills, experiences and knowledge they need to become our future leaders," he said.
"It's fantastic to see students and the local community come together to collect plastic for such an important cause, while also learning about recycling and environmentally friendly practices at the same time."
