Customers are reminded to follow social distancing measures and only one member of a household should attend.
Because it is a shop-and-go market, people are encouraged to buy their groceries and leave and not stop to socialise.
Customers are also asked to wear masks and gloves and if they do not have gloves they should use hand sanitiser, which will be provided.
Like other stall holders, The First Brezel stall holder Kai Woltmann will wear a mask and take extra precautions when he sells freshly baked brezels, which he said is the German name for pretzel, and although they taste the same his are in a bun form.
Mr Woltmann is encouraging customers to do likewise and make contactless card payments if possible.
The market will be held at the Naylor Pavilion at Orange Showground from 8.30am to noon.
Rotary of Orange Daybreak volunteers will be at the door collecting gold coin donations and they will refer people on to a tent have their name and postcode recorded and go in the draw for a prize hamper.
Inside, customers will be directed to walk in one direction and they are to be spaced out when attending a stall.
There will be no eat in food and shoppers are encouraged to pre-order and collect their produce at the market.
