The Lithgow Panthers gun agreed to help out with the side in the lead-up to the campaign and is quietly confident about what the very youthful Feds' outfit can produce this winter.
"I just want the girls to back their ability," Milne said. "They're all capable of being in Premier League so they just need to back themselves 100 percent and they'll do well."
Confederates will kick off its season against Parkes at Orange on Saturday and Milne's got little-to-no idea about their opponents.
"It's Parkes' first year back in the comp and they're a relatively unseen side... it'll be a good test to start with. We've lost a bit of experience so it will be challenging."
Confederates will clash with Parkes at Orange at 12.30pm. CYMS will travel to Lithgow to take on the Panthers for a 1.30pm start.
