Orange Ex-Services' Club is refusing to allow people visiting from Victoria and from 14 hotspots in Sydney and NSW into the club in a coronavirus crackdown.
The Sydney hotspots include the Star City Casino at Pyrmont. Anyone who visited the casino on Saturday July 4 is barred from entering the club.
The club's food and beverage manager Tusi Sola said the actions were being taken following NSW Health directives.

Mr Sola said staff were being directed to bar people from entering the club if they had coronavirus symptoms or had recently visited the hotspots.
"I understand that we are relying on people's integrity and honesty regarding the hotspot restrictions however we need to be vigilant in protecting the safety of employees, customers and our community," he said.
However, the club has not taken the restrictions as wide as the Bathurst RSL Club which has announced it will bar visitors from Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Albury and Victoria for the next two weeks.
The Bathurst RSL Club has made the decision on their own terms and not based on state government advice.
Mr Sola said anyone who has been in Victoria from June 25 or has visited any of Victoria's mainly Melbourne-based hotspots will not be permitted entry to the club.
He said the bans also applied to anyone who has visited The Crossroads Hotel in Casula from July 3-10, Planet Fitness at Casula from July 4-10, K-Mart Casula from July 3-10 and the Picton Hotel in Picton on July 4-5 or 9-10.
Other bans cover people who have visited the Macarthur Tavern in Campbelltown on July 14, Canterbury Leagues Club at Belmore on July 4-5, Highfield shopping centre at Caringbah on July 5 and the Cook@Kurnell hotel on July 5.
Also banned are people who have visited Narellan Town Centre's Kmart, Target, Best & Less, H&M stores and food court on July 6 and Zone Bowling at Villawood on June 27.
The restrictions also apply to people who visited the Merimbula RSL Club on July 6, the Merimbula Waterfront Cafe on July 7 and the Murray Downs Golf and Country Club on July 4-5.
Signs will be in place at the club warning of the restrictions.
