The 20-year-old did a large part of his rehabilitation by himself and says the injured area is almost at 100 percent.
"The rehab wasn't too bad... I get my strength all the way back," Ramsay said.
There's not much to do when you're stuck by yourself in isolation but Ramsey picked a certain hobby to help pass the time.
"I was doing a little bit of fishing but not much else... fishing and rehabbing," he said.
The Dragons have hit a bit of a purple patch since their dreadful start to the season and Ramsey says the spirits are high at training.
"I definitely missed the boys," he said.
