Mrs Wenban said children will broken up into groups to make sure they are adhering to the government regulations.
"We want to make sure the children will not only play safe but also be safe at the PCYC," she said.
"We are asking parents to sign in their children before the day commences, to prepare morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and bring a water bottle, strictly no food sharing will take place and we will have scheduled hand washing times."
The program will start on July 6 with a GTKU games and gymnastics from 8:30am till 5:30pm.
"I'm most excited about the mini Olympics activities because we haven't done something like this before and it seems like it will be a lot of fun," Mrs Wenban said.
"We have had a number of calls and we're still have room to take on more children."
