CCTV footage captured a vehicle at the premises at exactly 11.11pm after it had been used to undertake a series of burnouts on fairways 10 and 12.
The late-night joyride on the Duntryleague fairways has caused an estimated $2,000 worth of damage to the club's turf.
"It's horrible ... our greenkeepers put so much work into making our fairways and greens immaculate," Ms Carroll said.
"Our members are very proud of the course and so are we so it's upsetting for everyone.
"Luckily for us, the damage is fairly minor but in this day and age it's certainly not something we need. It's a lot of money for a golf club."
While it's a cruel blow to Duntryleague, Carroll's thankful the damage wasn't done to the greens and doesn't expect the weekend's action to be hampered at all as the course is still operational.
"I haven't spoken to the greenkeeper yet but the speed of play shouldn't be slowed down," she said ahead of Friday and Saturday competitions.
"If it was on the greens it would be a different story but it shouldn't do too much and should operate as normal which we're thankful for."
The club handed the footage over to the police on Thursday morning and is hopeful authorities will be able to identify the culprits.
"We watched it (on Thursday) and we're hoping they might be able to track them down," she said.
Golf at Duntryleague is set to go on as per programmed this weekend with all prior bookings to go ahead as scheduled.
