On initial review I can see from the servicing aspect of the area that given Summer Street is to be reduced to one lane and Byng Street made unattractive with a 10 kilometre-per-hour speed limit that both March Street and Kite Street will become the routes used for supplying goods and services into the central CBD.

So more B-doubles travelling East and West along both these streets it seems.
