"I'm proud of this state for following the health advice and flattening the curve to such a point, where we can now re-introduce kids' sports and open gyms," Mr Barilaro said.
"Sport and exercise boosts morale and this is exactly what NSW needs right now."
From June 13, gyms, pilates, yoga and dance studios can reopen with up to 10 people per class and 100 people in an indoor venue, while tattoo and massage parlours can reopen with up to 10 clients.
It'll just be good to get back in and get out of the cold.

However, the one person per four square metre rule was required to be applied at all times. Orange Central Fitness trainer Will Christopherson said he was "excited" to see people able to head back to the gym.
"It'll just be good to get back in and get out of the cold," he said.
"We've just been doing one-on-one stuff and group stuff up at Waratahs so it's a bit breezy out there so it's good to get out of the breeze."
He said while physical therapists had been using the gym, it still hadn't been the same occasionally popping in.
"Every time you come up here it's a bit empty and you're not really used to it as it's been a while, it's definitely good to get up there," Mr Christopherson said.
"It's hard to circulate it around but when we're back up here there's a lot more and people can do what they want to do if it's cardio or weights or get that variety in training."
"It'll be nice seeing a lot more familiar faces and seeing what they've been up to over the break."
Other centres which were given the all-clear included having dance studios, fitness instructors, pilates and yoga classes all recommencing with social distancing guidelines in place, while community centres such as the PCYC are also able to reopen from June 13.
Acting Sport Minister Geoff Lee said community sports for those aged 18 years and under could return from July 1.
