Emergency services were called to the incident, between Orange and Clergate, at about 9.35am on Monday, after the truck came off the road while driving through roadworks.
The driver is escaped injury, and the road is still open one lane in each direction.
Central West Police District Inspector Peter Atkins said none of the chemicals had spilled out of the truck.
Inspector Atkins said it appeared the truck had rolled due to the loose dirt and condition of the road, which is currently being resurfaced.
Rural Fire Service brigades remain onsite as a precaution, but there's believed to be no danger from the industrial chemicals.
The truck was heading towards Dubbo when it rolled, and Inspector Atkins said a report would be prepared for WorkCover.
