Mohamed Hamdin, 29, of Maxwell Avenue, had his driver's licence suspended for defecting on a payment plan for more than $11,000 in fines after he changed bank accounts and failed to notify authorities.
He was stopped on Garden Street February 21 after his car triggered the police number plate recognition system.
He was not present in Orange Local Court on Monday where his licence was disqualified for three months with no further action.
