People who received it have been urged to delete it.
The scam email titled Re: Outstanding Invoice sought to trick people into clicking onto a link.
It was in the name of Cargo Road Wines and follows a similar scam email circulated last week in the name of the Orange Ex-Services' Club.
Winery owner James Sweetapple posted on Facebook that he had been hacked.
"Sorry everyone my email has been hacked and sent out an invoice, delete it and move on. Not what we need today another virus," he said.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's Scamwatch website said there had been an increase in scams during the coronavirus pandemic.
It said schemes like the one in Orange, known as 'phishing' were common with fake invoice emails sent in the name of banks and other businesses.
