The grants aims to assist people to access online courses, help with small scale projects, purchase equipment to deliver the arts online and sharing the arts business.
Arts OutWest executive director Tracey Callinan said the grants are a response to COVID-19 to support artists in the Central West region.
"We are offering $300 to $1,000 grants to help people continue their craft ," she said.

"We have been able to save money, for example not spending money on fuel, during COVID-19 and want to give back to the community."
Applications close on April 30 and successful recipients will be announced the following week.
Ms Callinan said the organisation is also supporting regional artists with innovative online projects.
"We are actively working to build an online space for people to network, merge the arts and health program and boost domestic tourism," she said.
