The two cautions were issued to people who have flaunted social distancing laws which were introduced last week.
Another group of people driving to a friend's house were cautioned by police later on Sunday night.
The man was taken home and the latter group told to turn around.
Central West Police District inspector Peter Atkins said police in Orange are yet to fine anyone under new social distancing measures introduced last week, although officers are still issuing cautions.
Inspector Atkins said most people in Orange had been compliant by following the new laws, and police were taking each violation on a case-by-case basis in regards to if they'd be handing out cautions.
Police have been visiting cafes and businesses around the city in the past two weeks to determine if breaches were occurring, but no businesses have copped the $5000 fine for violating social distancing laws.
The cautions have come despite the district's superintendent Steve Kentwell last week saying "the grace period on fines" was over, but officers' discretion would decide if fines were issued.
It comes as the region's top cop has asked holiday-makers to stay home and told people from the big smoke to "stay put" as Easter and school holidays begin on Thursday.
