According to his carers, Gus is a beautiful-natured boy and has grown up with children, dogs and chickens but he has not been tested with cats so it's not recommended that he go to a home with cats.
He is dog friendly but prefers dogs his size and smaller. It is recommended anyone who has a dog bring them to meet Gus to make sure both dogs are happy.
Gus loves people so much he can get a little excitable, when people come home, but a little training will help him calm down.
Gus is the branch's dog of the month and his adoption fee has been reduced to $150 which includes desexing, microchipping, vaccinations, flea/worm treatment and a life time of love.
Anyone interested in adopting Gus should message the branch on its Facebook page.
