The three ODCA lower grade competitions have been cancelled on the eve of finals when the committee met late on Tuesday, with premierships awarded to the teams finished top of the ladder when the regular season finished last week.
That decision means Centrals win second grade, Spring Hill claim the third grade title and Kinross Blue are crowned premiers in the Centenary Cup.
The Centenary Cup would have been at-risk if the competition played on after Kinross sent home boarding students this week and shut down, with two sides in the grade.
ODCA president Mark Frecklington said it was "obviously disappointing" but the right call was made.
"We understand people will be disappointed but at the end of the day the government and medical advice strongly recommended we not play," Frecklington said.
"It's something we take very seriously and we're trying to do our bit to not spread this virus.
"It's disappointing we got so close to finishing the season but it's an evolving situation and we don't know where we're going to be in two weeks time."
Nearly all major codes have been put on hold until May, with racing continuing behind closed doors.
Rugby league is the only code yet to make an announcement on grassroots competition, but it's expected to be cancelled some time on Wednesday.
