Three cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Orange on March 10 and since then no new cases have been detected in Western NSW.
A Western NSW Local Health District spokeswoman said while testing is being conducted in the region, none of these have come back with a positive result.
Across NSW there have been 171 confirmed cases of coronavirus with the majority of people testing positive in the 30-40 year age bracket.
In Mudgee, Peabody Energy has shot down rumours of COVID-19 cases at the Wilpinjong Mine.
The spread of coronavirus has also put Charles Sturt University on high alert and forced the cancellation of Anzac Day services across the state.
Meanwhile, volunteer groups in hospitals across the region are operating as usual, along with cafes and canteens at these sites.
COVID-19/flu clinics are operating in Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo and Lithgow hospitals.
