The decision comes less than 24 hours after NSW rugby put a stop to games and training until the start of may, leaving Orange without two of its most popular sports.
While ODNA plans to continue its representative training, it released a statement on its Facebook page addressing the recommendations:
"This is the start date of our winter competition and there is no immediate impact on our competitions."
"Netball NSW have a scheduled review meeting on 15 April unless required earlier to consider new information.
"Orange Netball Association will take the following immediate action:
"The umpire information night scheduled for 27 April will be postponed and a new date advised following the 15 April review by Netball NSW.
"The committee will determine how to prepare for the winter comp and will advise clubs of any changes to the grading meeting scheduled for 23 March by Thursday 19-3-20.
"Further advice about the commencement of the next midweek competition will be available after 15 April 2020.
"Rep carnivals that were to be held before 2 May are cancelled.
Information to representative players about training will continue through to each team's coaches, with training expected to continue for the time being due to low numbers at each session.
Regional League finals are deferred until after 2 May.
"At this stage Netball NSW has not cancelled the 2020 season and we appreciate your patience.
"We ask that individuals continue to adhere to health and hygiene advice from NSW Health and stay at home if you are unwell."
