An 18-year-old man has been arrested as part of ongoing investigations into large-scale property theft and break-ins across the Central West last year.
The targeted areas of the strike force include Cudal, Molong, Millthorpe, Canowindra, Cowra, Cargo, Manildra, Eugowra, Wongarbon, Geurie and Perthville.
Following extensive inquiries the 18-year-old was arrested at Orange Police Station on Monday as part of Strike Force Peppin.
He's believed to be the third man charged since the strike force was set up.
He was charged with 29 offences including stealing from motor vehicles, breaking into commercial premises and destroying property by fire, with the alleged offences all occurring between February and June, 2019.
He was refused bail and will appear in Orange Children's Court on Tuesday.
The charges follow the arrest of a 20-year-old man at Bathurst Police Station on March 4.
He faced 90 charges relating to property theft and break-ins, and will appear in court on March 23.
The charged follow the arrest of a 20-year-old man in Orange in February, who also faced 90 charges of property theft and break-ins.
That man is due in court on April 6.
