Police arrested a second man for large-scale property theft and break-ins across the state's Western Region following the arrest of a 20-year-old man in Orange last month.

Officers from Strike Force Peppin had been investigating a number of break and enter offences targeting isolated service stations, clubs, shops, businesses and residential homes.
The targeted areas included Cudal, Molong, Canowindra, Cowra, Cargo, Manildra, Eugowra, Wongarbon, Geurie, Perthville and Millthorpe.
On February 5 police arrested the 20-year-old man at Orange Police Station and he appeared in Orange Local Court on February 10 on 90 charges of property theft and break-ins.
He was refused bail to appear at Orange Local Court on April 6.
On Wednesday, the detectives arrested another 20-year-old man at Bathurst Police Station.
The man was also charged with 90 offences including stealing motor vehicles and breaking into commercial premises between February and June 2019.
He was refused bail and will appear in Bathurst Local Court on Thursday.
