Almost 60 delegates from the Catholic organisation visited Orange earlier in the week, taking in Heifer Station Wines, Orange Regional Museum and the school itself.
Principal Peter Meers said they completed workshops, including a keynote from Andrew Lines of The Rite Journey, and heard from Tracy Adams of Kids Helpline, a Lasallian project.
"He spoke with respect to the challenges educators face with social media, growing concerns with mental health and how we can help parents support their children," he said.
The La Salle Brothers was found by John Baptiste De La Salle in 1679 and the organisation later established the school together with the Mercy Sisters.
The visitors also met with James Sheahan students, observed classes and learned about the school's farm, including its bee population.
