In the junior competition Orange Water Dragons edged out KWS Year 7s 3-2 in a come-from-behind win.
The KWS side was up 2-1 at the main break after a goal in each of the opening quarters.
They couldn't add to their tally in the second half whereas Water Dragons found the back of the goal twice to claim the tight victory.
The Orange Water Dragons weren't the only team that had to chase down its rivals last Thursday.
In the intermediate competition, Barracudas were trailing Dinocros 4-3 with one quarter to go before scoring three unanswered goals to win 6-4. Ned Jones starred with three goals for the winning side.
It was a different story when Sharknados thumped Hammerheads 12-0.
Bradley Kildey, Jack Bird and Max Bloomfield all scored a treble for Sharknados.
The senior competition started with a tight match when Flounders and Squids played out a 6-all draw.
After a goal-less opening quarter, Squids piled on four goals in the second period to lead 4-3 at the main break.
Squids were still up by one after the third quarter before Flounders scored the equaliser in the final period and the two sides couldn't break through for a winning goal.
Cobras set up their 6-2 win over Phar Laps with four goals in the opening quarter.
Jets easily accounted for KWS3 15-0.
Brett Wells fired in four goals in the second half and Nikita Williams added another three to Jets' tally.
In the all-Kinross battle, KWS1 toppled KWS2 9-4.
KWS1 had a little more fire power up front with Hugh Squire and Zac Lewis scoring three each for the winning team. KWS2 were consistent in scoring a goal each quarter.
