How do they propose those dams get filled?
And how long does it take to:
A) find a suitable site;
B) carry out all necessary surveys including comprehensive EIA;
C) source the money;
D) build the dam, and;
E) have sufficient rainfall to fill said dam?
It's incredibly disappointing that some Councillors are so stuck in the old ways of thinking about water management.
It's time for innovation and thinking outside the box.
It's time for a change in leadership.
The city needs it.
