The immortal line from one of the greatest animated films of all time, where Lightning McQueen pumps himself up before the opening race of Cars, could well be the one Orange City uses this season in the Westfund Ferguson Cup.
New Lions women's coach Damien Maloney has taken the reins of the side this year and is looking for his troops - who by and large don't have the strength other clubs do - to throw a curveball at the competition.
That curveball?
"Sevens on steroids," Maloney said.
there's a lot of girls' rugby teams in this area who have some big powerful girls - we don't have that luxury so the style of rugby we want to play is really expansive.

"We're gearing everything towards the style of rugby we want to be playing this year.
"Without giving too much away there's a lot of girls' rugby teams in this area who have some big powerful girls - we don't have that luxury so the style of rugby we want to play is really expansive."
Sara Gurner Neve Turner, Samantha Kurdins and Layne Peters are four of the speedsters Maloney will turn to to help execute the plan, with Emma Tyrie one of a few players jumping across from the Orange Vipers' rugby league side.
"It's been going really well, it's preseason ... so it's fitness and reconnecting with other players and club members," Maloney said.
"We've got a good group of girls, most of which were with us last year."
The squad is aiming at trial matches in Newcastle and the Hunter region in March, but is still welcoming more players into the fold ahead of the beginning of the season in April.
