Police allege the man broke into a house on Margaret Street, urinated on the floor and then stole some property from the premises.
He was issued with a Court Attendance Notice and will appear before Orange Local Court on April 14.
In another unrelated incident a red Citroen Xantia was stolen from National Avenue between 5am Monday, February and 3am Tuesday, February 18.
The vehicle was later located after being set alight in Cootes Park.
- A 14-year-old youth was charged with stalking and intimidating on Monday, February 17. According to police he made a threat to harm a 51-year-old man in a domestic-violence related incident. The youth was issued with a Court Attendance Notice and will appear before Orange Children's Court on March 24.
- A 31-year-old man was arrested in Orange in relation to two outstanding warrants on February 17. The warrant relate to domestic- violence offences and break and enters.
- A 24-year-old man was arrested in relation to an outstanding warrant on Monday, February 17. The warrant relates to a reckless wounding and domestic violence incidents.
- A 59-year old man was charged with undertaking an aggravated sexual act with another person on Tuesday, February 18. The man was issued with a Court Attendance Notice and will appear before Orange Local Court.
