The under 13s and intermediate competitions delivered some great matches as teams returned from the festive season break.
The seniors proved the hunt for finals spots is still a top priority, where goal difference could prove crucial.
This was evident in the Phar Laps recording a 9-1 win over KWS3 and Goal Diggers accounting for Squids 8-2.
Luke Pearson led the charge for Phar Laps, bagging four goals in his side's dominant win over KWS 3, while Melissa Ashton-Garrad and Sean Young scored a treble each in Goal Diggers' victory against Squids.
In the other senior match, Jets accounted for KWS1 4-3 in a tough battle.
KWS made the better start in this encounter and pushed the Jets all the way.
KWS were up 2-1 at half-time but Jets tightened up their defence in the second half and managed to find the back of the goal three times, through Will Thornhill, to record the tight win.
The under 13s game delivered an exciting result with Orange Water Dragons and KWS Year 7s playing out a 4-all draw.
Harrison Ward scored a double for the Orange Water Dragons and Abbey Hunt and Jack Tink matched this effort for the KWS side.
Scores were locked at 2-all at the main break before Water Dragons jumped out to a 4-2 lead after the third quarter.
Hunt's double in the final quarter ensured KWS fought back to draw the match.
The Rebels continued to dominate the intermediates competition with a 15-nil drubbing of KWS Dinocrocs.
Zac Lewis scored six goals for Rebels, while Will Thornhill nailed four and Dylan Crisp bagged a treble in a dominant display.
KWS Barracudas and KWS Hammerheads enjoyed a see-sawing match which resulted in a 4-all draw.
Barracudas were up 2-1 at half-time before Hammerheads took a 3-2 lead after the third period. A tight tussle in the final quarter meant the two sides played out a draw.
KWS Orcas produced a strong comeback to win their clash with clubmates Sharknados 7-4. The Sharknados started well and were up 4-2 at half-time before Orcas found another gear.
The Orcas put on five unanswered goals in the second half to claim the three-goal victory.
