The State Emergency Service fielded a number of calls for help, with the biggest operation a number of fallen trees across Giles Road at Springside.
Trees had fallen at Clifton Grove and on Ophir Road, Margaret Street and Wilson Street in Orange while one Clifton Grove home had its family trampoline picked up and impaled on the house roof.
A SES spokesperson said the trampoline report was "one of those challenges we don't face every day" but said the incident was the perfect reminder people should adhere to warnings issued by the bureau.
It's a good idea to remind people that when storms come through to put furniture or loose materials away.

"It's a good idea to remind people that when storms come through to put furniture or loose materials in the backyard away, or tie them down, so it doesn't get flown around," she said.
Earlier, Essential Energy's outages and faults page showed over 1100 customers were without power at around 4.30pm on Sunday afternoon, with two black spots across the city.
A small area in west Orange, taking in parts of the Escort Way, Duntryleague and Molong Road areas, was most affected with over 900 houses in a blackout.
While a large area in north Orange, extending out to near Clifton Grove servicing 208 customers, was also out.
Crews were investigating the problems.
As of 9pm on Sunday night, a small section of Orange at the southern end of Anson Street, servicing 122 homes, remained the only area of the city without power, with over 1000 customers having their supplies corrected in the early evening.
