More than $18,000 has been raised for NSW Rural Fire Services and Red Cross Australia through ticket sales to the Bushfire Benefit Dinner at Philip Shaw Wines.
Richard Learmonth from Sister's Rock, Liam O'Brien from Charred Kitchen & Bar; Chris Tudor from Byng Street Café; Dom Aboud and Matt Benson from The Union Bank, and Francesco Zarella from Philip Shaw will put on a five-course feast for 100 people on Sunday.
Volunteer front-of-house staff from Sister's Rock, Union Bank and Philip Shaw Wines will work the floor, with local suppliers Country Fruit, Barrett's Wholesale and Woodward Street Butcher donating goods and produce.
Mr Learmonth it's a great group of extremely talented young Chefs and front-of-house team.
"It's so wonderful to see this community of food and beverage suppliers, hospitality workers, generous local businesses and eager diners unite to support this very worthy cause," he said.
"I can't wait to see how much more we can raise on the night through our raffle and auction of a great selection of incredible prizes."
