A high-range drink-driver was moving his car so his friend could access their drive-way when he attracted police attention for not having his headlights on at 10.30pm on October 16.

Cameron Andrew Ford, 31, of Lee Street, Molong, said he was drinking at the friend's house and as a "plan B" planned to stay the night.
However, the friend left and when he returned Ford went to move his car so his friend could use their driveway.
Police were patrolling in the street when they saw Ford reverse from a diveway and begin to drive alonw William Street, Molong, without headlights on.
Although Ford turned the lights on police stopped him for a breath test and he returned a positive result that led to a high-range reading of 0.170 on analysis.
Ford was given a nine-month community correction order, 30 hours of community service, a three-month driving disqualification and a 24-month interlock order.
His driver's licence was suspended for three months before Ford was sentenced on Monday and the court heard the driving ban had serious consequences for the whole family.
The three-month suspension was taken into account during sentencing.
