Jayden Slingsby, 19, of Coogal Drive, was charged with intimidation, property damage and common assault.
Slingsby confronted the woman in the underground car park at Orange Central Square on April 11, 2019, because she assaulted his mother.
According to police, he yelled, "if you kick my mum in the head again, I'm going to burn your house down to the ground".
He also spat through her window, he missed the woman but his saliva landed on the inside of the car door.
When the woman drove away, Slingsby punched her car causing minor damage.
Slingsby was given two seven-month Intensive Correction Orders with 30 hours of community service for intimidating the woman and for assault.
He was also given a two-year Community Correction Order and was ordered to pay $910 compensation for damaging the woman's car.
The offences caused Slingsby to breach two CCOs given for intimidation and carrying a knife in public.
They were replaced with new two-year CCOs starting from Monday.
