Volunteers will meet at the Lake Cafe at 10am and split into a range of jobs including cutting, painting and removing woody weeds near the barbecue are in an effort to bring back native flora.
Community engagement officer Bill Josh said volunteers stood to make a visible difference to the landscape, with the December event a success.
"We cleared a lot out that day, that was really good," he said.
Participants have been asked to wear suitable outdoor clothing and covered shoes and bring a hat, water bottle and gardening gloves as the weeds can be spiny.
A barbecue lunch will be supplied in exchange for volunteers' time and effort, with the event wrapping up about 1pm.
