The 27-year-old will take to the stage alongside nine other finalists to perform two songs in front of a crowd of thousands.
A panel of judges will announce the winner of the country-music talent search, following their performance on Sunday.
Should she win, Miss Pye will join artists such as Keith Urban, Beccy Cole, Gina Jeffreys, Lee Kernaghan, Travis Collins and Brad Cox - each former winners of the Star Maker competition.
The $100,000 prize package includes the recording of a four-track EP, media promotion, guaranteed paid performances at most of Australia's best country music festivals, two music videos and a trip to Nashville for the CMA Festival in June 2020.
Miss Pye will follow in the footsteps of her brother Mickey Pye, who won the competition in 2015.
